| 1. | Marriage Preparation Retreat is an intensive 3 days programme. It begins at 08.00 am on the first day and ends 04.45pm on the third day. Late arrival on the first day will not be entertained and will be considered as 'absent'. Certificate will not be issued to those who want to leave before the conclusion of the retreat. |
| ധ്യാനത്തിൻ്റെ ആദ്യ ദിവസം രാവിലെ 8 മണിക്ക് മുൻപ് തന്നെ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്. വൈകി വരുന്നവരെ ധ്യാനത്തിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മൂന്നാം ദിവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4.45ന് ധ്യാനം അവസാനിക്കും, അതിനു മുൻപ് ആർക്കും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതല്ല. | |
| 2. | It is mandatory to get the signature and seal of the respective parish priest in the confirmation from which was sent to your email ID. Seperate registration is required for each participant. |
| വിവാഹ ഒരുക്ക ധ്യാനത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർ ഓൺലൈൻ ബുക്കിങ്ങിന് ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷാഫോമിൽ ഇടവക വികാരിയച്ചൻ്റെ ഒപ്പും, സീലും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി ധ്യാനത്തിന് വരുമ്പോൾ കൊണ്ടുവരേണ്ടതാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട അപേക്ഷാ ഫോമിൽ ഓരോരുത്തരും വ്യക്തിപരമായി വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകി രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യണം. | |
| 3. | During the retreat participants are not permitted to use mobile phones, Laptop etc. It should be handed over to the office before the retreat. |

| 4. | Food including breakfast will be served at the centre right from the first day. During the retreat, the participants should stay at the centre and will not be allowed to go outside the premises of the centre. |
| ആദ്യ ദിവസത്തെ പ്രഭാത ഭക്ഷണം മുതൽ ഇവിടെ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ധ്യാനത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവർക്ക് പുറത്ത് പോകാൻ അനുവാദം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. | |
| 5. | Those who are suffering from fever, cold, cough etc. will not be allowed access to the programme. The participant must strictly follow Covid-19 protocol and must bring along sufficient masks and sanitizers. |
| പനി, ജലദോഷം, ചുമ തുടങ്ങിയ രോഗങ്ങൾ ഉള്ളവർക്ക് വിവാഹ ഒരുക്ക ധ്യാനത്തിൽ പ്രവേശനം അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. കോവിഡ് പ്രോട്ടോകോൾ നിർബന്ധമായും പാലിക്കണം. ആവശ്യമായ മാസ്‌ക്കുകളും, സാനിറ്റയ്സറും കൊണ്ടുവരണം. | |
| 6. | Parents of the participants must attend a one day seminar on the third day of the retreat from 9.30am - 4.30 pm. The participation of the parents is obligatory for the issue of the certificate to their wards. |
| പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവരുടെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ധ്യാനത്തിൻ്റെ അവസാന ദിവസം രാവിലെ 9.15 മുതൽ വൈകീട്ട് 4.30 വരെ നടത്തുന്ന ഏകദിന സെമിനാറിൽ നിർബന്ധമായും പങ്കെടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. | |
| 7. | The participants must bring rosary, blanket, toiletries and other required items. The retreat materials –notebook, pen etc. will be provided. |
| ജപമാല, ആവശ്യമായ വസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ, പുതപ്പ്, ടോയിലറ്റ് സാധനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ കൊണ്ടുവരണം. നോട്ട്ബുക്ക്, പേന എന്നിവ ഇവിടെ നിന്നും നൽകുന്നതായിരിക്കും. | |
| 8. | The participants are requested to attend the retreat before their betrothal (engagement ceremony). |
| മനസമ്മതത്തിന് മുൻപ് തന്നെ വിവാഹ ഒരുക്ക ധ്യാനത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കണം. | |
| 9. | Your registration is non- transferrable. Once paid, the amount will not be refunded. |
| ധ്യാനത്തിൻ്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ മറ്റാർക്കും കൈമാറാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ഒരിക്കൽ അടച്ച രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ തുക തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതല്ല. | |
| 10. | To change your retreat date, you have to inform the centre at least 4 days prior to the programme. The change of retreat date will be allowed only once, thereafter with a fee of Rs 200/- . |
| രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത തിയതി മാറ്റണമെങ്കിൽ ധ്യാനത്തിൻ്റെ 4 ദിവസം മുൻപെങ്കിലും ഓഫീസിൽ അറിയിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ പ്രാവശ്യം ധ്യാന തിയതി മാറ്റുന്നന് 200 രൂപ വീതം ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്. |
